Tender documents with detailed specifications, terms and conditions of tendering may be obtained from the Supply Chain Management office for Narok Central, Narok North, Narok East, Narok South and Narok West; Tender documents will be obtained at the Supply Chain Management office Narok Central Sub County. For Transmara East and Transmara South; Tender documents will be obtained at the Supply Chain Management office Transmara East Sub County. For Transmara West: Tender documents will be obtained at the Supply Chain Management office Transmara West Sub County, during the normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KSH 1,000, per set of document. Payment should be made at the District Treasuries in cash or bankers cheque payable to the Deputy County Commissioner of the respective Sub Counties.
Willing tenderers should complete the tender documents in plain sealed envelope bearing no indication of the sender and clearly marked “Tender No NRK/CSDCU/……………………….. should be addressed to:

- Deputy County Commissioner Transmara West O. BOX 1, Kilgoris.
- Deputy County Commissioner Transmara East O. BOX 82, Chebunyo.
Or be deposited in the tender boxes situated at the entrance of the respective Supply Chain Management Offices before the closing date that will be on 20thJuly, 2022 at 11:00.am.The tenders will be opened immediately after closing. Tenderers or their representatives may attend the opening exercise.
