PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND PROVISION OF SERVICES 2023
Murang’a County Creameries is a Cooperative union located in Murang’a County,
Maragua town. It deals with the procurement, bulking and sale of raw milk.
The Union is undertaking a suppliers’ prequalification exercise for the year 2023, it is
for this reason that all competent Suppliers’ of Goods and Services are requested to
express their interest in conformity to the Below list.

For consideration, it is Mandatory to enclose the following documentation:
1. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/registration,
2. Copy of KRA Pin, VAT and Tax compliance certificate,
3. Copy of the trading License,
4. Credit terms,
5. Appropriate Certificate from regulatory bodies (where applicable),
6. Proof of experience and where available valid references,
7. Duly filled pre-qualification submission form and confidential business
It is also noteworthy to mention that:
a) All current pre-qualified suppliers MUST REAPPLY afresh,
b) Specifically, express your interest in your area of expertise.
c) Your expression of interest should be delivered in a sealed envelope, indicating
the cluster and category number as described in the notice.
d) Submission to be done by Close of Business Friday, 10th FEBRUARY 2023.
e) The bid should be addressed to:

P.O BOX 38-10205 MARAGUA.
f) For hand deposited in the Tender Box situated at the main entrance of our
Maragua town offices (Next to Amica Savings and Credit).
