The County Government of Homabay invites Tenderers for Prequalification/Registration of reputable, competent, and interested bidders for supply and delivery of the following goods, works, and services for the financial years ending June 2022 and June 2023 respectively. Bidders are informed that goods, works and services will be procured on,”as and when required basis.”
The tender documents for SUPPLY are available at the County Headquarters in Homabay upon payment of a (One thousand shillings only) per document payable to KCB A/C No. 1140763555, Homabay branch. AH the Prequalification/Registration documents will be obtained free of charge from the county website: www.homabay.go.ke

Interested bidders should attach documentary evidence of the following;
- Attach copy of Business Registration Certificate from Registrar of Companies
- Attach copy of KRA Pin certificate
- Attach copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- All documents must be completely filled accurately signed and witnessed as required.
- All Quoted prices include Transport costs and Value Added Tax (VAT)
- Failure to comply with any of these requirements may lead to disqualification of the tender.
- Copy of NCA certificate for relevant categories.
Complete tender documents put in plain sealed envelopes and marked “Tender No .” should be deposited in the Tender Box at the County Headquarters, Governor’s Office, on or before Tuesday 5th October 2021 at 10.00 AM and Thursday 7th October 2021 at 10.00 AM respectively as indicated in the table above, Tenders will be opened at the County Headquarters in Homabay immediately thereafter.
NB: Due to Covid-19 health protocols, bidders are advised not to attend tender opening exercise because of the limited space.
