TENDER NO: BUWASSCO/PQ/2021-2023 PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS OF GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD 2021-2023

The Busia Water and Sewerage Services Company hereinafter referred to as “Procuring entity” intends to Register candidates for the supply of goods, works and services to the organization for the period 2021-2023.

Interested and eligible bidders may obtain information on the Registration documents from the Procurement Office during normal working hours (i.e. 8:00am-5:00pm). The documents may also be downloaded from our Web site: www.buwasco.co.ke  or acquired in hard copy from Procurement office.

CATEGORY A-SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

Interested bidders should note that ONLY those meeting the criteria indicated in the respective tender document as minimum, supported by the relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation. Registration is open to all candidates who meet the criteria in tender documents.

Duly completed tender documents/Applications for Registration/Prequalification must be submitted enclosed in plain, sealed envelopes clearly marked, TENDER NO, TENDER DESCRIPTION and CATEGORY, and be deposited in the Tender Box located at the reception area for the large documents that cannot fit in the tender box slot to be dropped at the Managing Director’s office. Opening of tenders/bids will take place immediately thereafter at the Board room in the presence of representatives who may wish to attend. Documents are to be addressed to:
