FAIRTRADE AFRICA TENDER 2021 

Interested tenderers should obtain the Pre-qualification of suppliers’ documents from our website on www.fairtradeafrica.net upon making a non-refundable payment of Kshs 3,000 per category. The pay­ment should be deposited to the bank through the details provided below:

The completed application forms must be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes having clearly indicated the applicable Code (s) and item description as per the Tender Notice. The payment receipt should be attached to the envelope and deposited in the Tender Box situated at the front office of the Commerce Equitable Afrique office addressed to:

The completed application document should be received on, or before, 1500 (GMT) Friday 31^st March, 2021. Late applications will not be accepted. The documents will be opened immediately thereafter at Commerce Equitable Afrique’s offices, and communication of the outcome will be made by email.

NOTE: All Existing Suppliers who wish to be retained in the pre-qualification list MUST re-apply and submit the required information during the current Pre-qualification process. Current suppliers of CEA will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 3,000. Additionally, the suppliers who had already paid for the Pre-qualification or the Registration of the supplier’s document in 2018 and were not successfully pre-qualified will not be required to make another payment. However, they will re-submit their complete application forms using the current Pre-Qualification Documents and a copy of the receipt issued by CEA following the payment made in 2018.

Commerce Equitable Afrique reserves the right to accept or reject any application(s) and shall not be bound by any offer submitted.
