AVSI Foundation in Kenya is an international NGO operating in Kenya currently involved in education, child protection, nutrition, agriculture, economic empowerment sectors, renewable energy, and agriculture. AVSI is currently operating in 30 counties and seeking to prequalify contractors/ companies/IT firms/enterprises to undertake the following works and supplies:

| LOT 4 | Annual photocopiers maintenance |
| LOT 5 | Computer and computer accessories supplies |
| LOT 6 | Annual motor vehicle maintenance |

AVSI Foundation seeks to prequalify competent companies/organizations/IT firms/enterprises services for:-
– Stationery and general supplies
– Furniture and fittings
– Printing and visibility
– Photocopier and printer maintenance
– Computer and computer accessories supplies
– Motor vehicle maintenance
Requirements:
Company profile with
- PI N and registration certificate
- Audited accounts for the last 2 years [2020 & 2021]
- Certificate of compliance (Current]
- County operating business license
- Backed/proven past experience
- Operating license
- Declaration of Eligibility duly stamped and signed (Annex 1]
- AVSI Code of Ethics acceptance duly stamped and signed (Annex 2]

- Financial and economic capabilities
- Proven past performance and experience

Prequalification documents must be hand delivered and dropped in a Tender Box Marked “Prequalification 23/24 at AVSI Nairobi HQ Office St. Kizito Building Off Thika Rd, Exit 8 with the heading AVSINRB/11/22 followed by the lot number not later than [Date 19 -12-2022) at 17.00 Hrs. Bidders are only allowed to bid for one lot.
