Tender documents can be collected at the Society Headquarters, Survey of Kenya Field Headquarters Ruaraka, Off Thika Road, during normal working hours at a non-refundable fee of Ksh.1,000 for every tender category. You can also be emailed once you pay through our Paybill No.305750 or M-Pesa Agent No.05214. Completed tender documents with the respective tender document number should be returned to the Society Headquarters on or before 12.00 noon, 1st February 2023 marked with the Tender number given above and addressed to:

The tender documents will be opened on the same day at 1.00 p.m. and the Tenderers or their representatives can come and witness the opening. The society is not duty bound to go by the lowest tender.
