For Tenders No. 01 and 10 bidders must be Underwriters only.
Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and remain valid for One hundred and eighty (180) days from the closing of tender.
Completed Tender Documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked “TENDER
NO………….” and TENDER NAME……….” accompanied by tender security in the
form and amount specified in the tender documents, should be addressed to:-

And deposited in the Tender Box situated at the reception of Nyati House, Loita Street to be received on or before 1st March, 2022 at 1000hrs.
The opening of tenders will be on diverse dates as follows:-
On 2nd March, 2022 at 0830 hours Tender Nos.01,02,03,04,05,10.
On 3rd March, 2022 at 0830hours Tender Nos. 06,07,08,09,11,12.
The Candidates or their representatives interested in witnessing the opening are welcome. However, the candidates or their representatives are requested to consider not attending the tender opening as a measure of mitigating COVID-19 as the tender opening minutes/outcome will be sent to all participating bidders through their email addresses provided in respective bid documents.
