LSTM Kenya is an affiliate of LSTM UK, works with the Kenya Ministry of Health (MoH) at national and county level to improve health outcomes and healthcare services. Operational since January 2013, it coordinates delivery of research programmes in close collaboration with the MoH at various levels and other stakeholders within Kenya.
To achieve its goals, LSTM Kenya invites application for pre-qualification of eligible suppliers/firms for various goods and services for the financial year 2022 to 2024 in the following categories:

A non-refundable fee of KShs. 2,000 per set is payable by cash deposit into the LSTM Kenya bank account as per the bank details provided in the pre-qualification documents.
Interested bidders are required to submit completed pre-qualification tender documents together with the evidence of payment; cash deposit slip, in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked ‘PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS’ 2022/2023 indicating the reference code no. and item description addressed to:

All filled prequalification documents should either be hand delivered and deposited in the tender box at LSTM Kenya offices using the address above or sent by courier preferably G4S or Fargo Courier, so as to be received on or before C.O.B 2nd September 2022 by 12:00 p.m. EAT.
Note: Only pre-qualified firms will be requested to provide competitive quotations for goods/
services listed above as and when needed. LSTM Kenya reserves the right to accept or reject
an application either in part or wholly and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
