University of Eldoret invites interested and competent firms to submit sealed applications for consideration for the supply and delivery of goods and services as categorized below for the period 2022/2024 financial years. Women, Youths and Persons with disability are encouraged to apply:

SENSITIZATION FORUM FOR YOUTH, WOMEN AND PERSONS LIVING WITH DISABILITIES ON GOVERMMENT PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITIES
In line with the Government of Kenya`s policy on empowering Youths, Women and Persons living with disabilities, the University will hold a sensitization forum for the aforementioned stakeholders.

Complete application documents may be obtained from Procurement Office during normal working hours (Monday-Fri- day) from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. free of charge. The same can be downloaded from the University of Eldoret website www.uoeld.ac.ke or www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
Application document in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender number and reference be submitted in the manner prescribed and addressed to:
Vice-Chancellor University of Eldoret P.O Box 1125-30100 ELDORET.
Shall be deposited in the Tender Box `A` located at the Reception of the Administration Block University of Eldoret so as to be received on or before Tuesday 31st, May, Thursday 2nd June, and Friday 3rd,June, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. respectively.
Applications for pre-qualification/registration will be opened immediately thereafter at the Forestry Complex Boardroom in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
Due to restriction on physical meeting/gatherings as issued by the Government to curb Covid-19, only one representative/ tenderer per tender will be allowed to witness the opening.
University shall strictly adhere to guidelines issued by the Government on COVID-19 pandemic during opening of the tenders.
Late applications shall not be accepted.
