1. The office of County Commissioner Kwale intends to prequalify Suppliers for supply and delivery of office
stationary as framework agreement for financial year 2025-2026 as per attached list of requirement
2. It is expected that the Invitation to Tender will be made in July 2025. Tendering will be conducted through
open tender procedures using a standardized tender document and will be reserved to disadvantaged group of
all category i.e youth, women and people with disability
3. Qualified and interested applicants may obtain further information and inspect the Prequalification Document
during office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below.
4. A complete set of Prequalification Document in English may be viewed and downloaded for free from the
website www.tender.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Applications for prequalification should be submitted by hand/courier delivery, clearly marked envelopes and
delivered to the address given below by 1ST JULY 2025
