LIBERTAS VENTURES TENDER JUNE 2022
Libertas Ventures has been contracted by an international election observation organization to facilitate the prequalification for provision of goods and services intended to be used before, during and after the general elections by the organization’s election observers in Kenya.
Libertas Ventures invites applications from interested, competent, and eligible firms for prequalification for the under listed goods and services.

The services and supplies under the categories will be needed in the following counties: Kisumu, Uasin Gishu, Nakuru, Mombasa, Nairobi, Migori, Kericho, Bungoma, Trans Nzoia, Marsabit, Kiambu, Homa Bay, Bomet, Murang’a, Kirinyaga and Garissa
The supplier prequalification exercise will be conducted online. Prequalification documents will be sent via email upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of KES 2,000.00 per category. Payment should be made via Mpesa Pay bill 880100 Account No: 5404300017. Send an email to Prequalifications@libertasventures.co.ke with the subject line PREQUALIFICATION followed by tender number and tender description and indicate the name of the contact person, the name of the company and the transaction reference number.
In case of any inquiry kindly contact us at Prequalifications@libertasventures.co.ke Interested Firms should send their prequalification documents on or before 24th June 2022 at 1400hrs Kenyan time. The documents will be opened thereafter and all firms will be notified of
the prequalification outcome within 14 days from tender opening date.
Libertas Ventures reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or in part at its discretion.
