Nyeri Club (NC) is a private members’ club in Nyeri County offering social, recreational, and networking opportunities. Nyeri Club invites eligible suppliers to participate in the prequalification in 45 categories for the years 2026-2027. The supplier prequalification exercise will be conducted online via: TenderSureTM
TenderSure™ is an award winning, secure and transparent online platform that ensures an efficient Supplier Prequalification process. Interested suppliers can view the prequalification categories on the TenderSure™ website link’ https://www.tendersure.africa/ under the “Available Jobs” tab. Access to the Supplier Prequalification will be granted upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of KES 2,000.00 per category. All payments will be made online via M-PESA, Visa Card and MasterCard amongst others. The online Supplier Prequalification exercise closes on 30th April 2026 at 10pm EAT. Important Notes
- Nyeri Club’s supplier pre-qualification is conducted exclusively through TenderSure and not via any other platform
- Existing suppliers are required to participate alongside prospective suppliers to be evaluated and considered for future business.
- All participants who duly complete the Supplier Prequalification process online will be notified of the outcome via email.
- Any form of canvassing, solicitation, or attempt to influence the prequalification process will lead to the immediate disqualification of the supplier from consideration.
- Participation in the Supplier Prequalification is not a guarantee for business.
- Nyeri Club reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as a whole or in part at its own discretion.
