The tender documents with further detailed information may be obtained from the Procurement Office: Meru Teachers College along Meru – Maua Road. P.O. Box 46 – 60200 Meru, Tel. 0717527752 during working hours from Monday to Friday, upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 per set of each tender document. The fee should be paid using the college pay bill: 152672 during normal working hours and thereafter obtain an official receipt from Accounts Office. The documents may be downloaded by interested candidates free of charge at www.tenders.go.ke and those who have downloaded the document must forward their particulars immediately for recording.
NB: Youth, women and people with disabilities are encouraged to participate in the reserved categories.
Completed tender documents in Plain Sealed Envelopes clearly marked “Tender No: MTTCZ./2023/2024 for Supply and delivery of…,……..” should be addressed to:

Or deposited in the Tender Box at the main entrance to the administration block on or before Friday 1st December 2023 at 12.00noon.
Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of applicants / representatives who choose to attend at Meru Teachers College Learning Resource Centre Upstairs. Late bids shall be returned unopened.
