Inspectorate (East Africa] Ltd is an International independent commodity and cargo inspection, testing, certification, and consultancy Company with the head office located in Mombasa, Kenya.
Inspectorate (East Africa] Ltd is inviting vendors who are interested, qualified, technically competent, and eligible to submit their interest in prequalification. This prequalification is for inclusion in the Inspectorate (East Africa] Ltd database, specifically for supplying goods, providing services, and undertaking works during the period of 2024-2026, across various categories. More information about the categories is available on the Tendersure™ website. The supplier prequalification exercise will be conducted online via: Tendersure
Tendersure™ platform is secure, and transparent and provides an efficient prequalification process. Interested suppliers may access and register on www.tendersure.africa under the “Available Jobs” tab. Access to the prequalification will be granted upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KES 3,000.00 per category. All payments will be made online via M-PESA, Visa Card, and MasterCard amongst others. The online prequalification exercise closes on 7th June 2024 at 10 pm EAT. All existing suppliers are required to participate alongside prospective suppliers to be evaluated and considered.
All participants who duly complete the prequalification process online will be notified of the outcome.
Prequalification is not a guarantee for business opportunity, bidders will be invited to submit their quotations on a need basis based on the opportunities available. Inspectorate (East Africa] Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or in part at its discretion.
