PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS, CONTRACTORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR PROVISION OF GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES
FOR THE FINANCIAL YEARS 2025/2026
PREQUALIFICATION REFERENCE NO.: KNH/PQ/003/2025-2027
1. Kenyatta National Hospital intends to Prequalify, contractors, Suppliers,
Service Providers for Provision of Goods, Works and Services in the financial
Year 2025-2027 as per the under listed categories and description of goods,
works and services:
- Qualified and interested applicants may obtain further information and inspect the
Registration Document during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below. - A complete set of the Registration Document may be viewed and downloaded for
free from the hospitals website www.knh.or.ke. - Applicants who download the Registration Document must forward their particulars
immediately to procurement@knh.or.ke or procurementknh@gmail.or.ke to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum. - The application for registration in plain sealed envelope clearly marked Tender No.
KNH/PQ/003 /2025-2027, respective Category and Item Description should be
dropped at Contracts Office Room 6, Kenyatta National Hospital, and
administration block. and be addressed to:

So as to reach him on or before Thursday, 27th November 2025 at 10.00am. - Application for registration document will be sorted as per the categories and a
summary of the tender documents received in the presence of the tenderers or their
representatives who may choose to attend outside Supply Chain Offices. -
All interested Suppliers/Contractors/Consultants MUST provide their E-GP
registration number.
