PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR SUPPLY AND/OR PROVISION OF GOODS/SERVICES

Centre for Health Solutions – Kenya CHS) is an indigenous, not-for-profit organisation that utilises local expertise and strategic partnerships to ensure the implementation of evidence informed solutions and interventions to existing and emerging public health concerns.

CHS works closely with the Ministry of Health (MoH) to support the implementation of high quality health services across Kenya through sustainable health solutions and the effective and efficient utilisation of resources.

CHS invites applications for pre-qualification of suppliers for the supply of goods and provision of services across our offices in Nairobi, Central, Nyanza and Lower Eastern as listed below

SUPPLY OF GOODS
1. CHS/001/2021 Supply and Maintenance of Computers, Computer Accessories, Computer Software, Printers, Photocopiers, Scanners and Networking Services, Maintenance of air conditioners in the ICT Server rooms

Interested parties may obtain a complete set of pre-qualification documents on our website: www.chskenya.org. The downloaded documents should be duly completed as per the instructions given and dropped into the tender box at CHS Offices, located at CVS Plaza, 4th Floor North Wing, Kasuku Road off Lenana Road, Kilimani; on or before the closing date, Friday, January 29, 2021 at 10.00AM.

Those interested shall be required to pay a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Kenya Shillings Only (kshs 5,000/-) per category applied for through a bankers’ cheque drawn in favour of CENTRE FOR HEALTH SOLUTIONS – KENYA and obtain an official receipt. The duly completed pre-qualification documents should be placed in a sealed plain envelope clearly marked with the name of the applicant and category being applied for and addressed to:

Tenders will be opened on the closing day at 10:30AM. Bidders or their representatives wishing to attend the opening of the tenders are welcome to witness at the CHS offices main boardroom on 5th Floor.
