Duly completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender Reference number, name as prescribed(Description) and be deposited in the tender box provided at the entrance of Block A County Assembly Buildings, Ruring’u or be addressed to:

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery cost, must be in Kenya shillings and should remain valid for 180 days after the date of tender opening.
Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates who choose to attend or their representatives, at the County Assembly’s lobby room.
