CHAK Guest House and Secretariat located on Musa Gitau Road off Waiyaki Way, Nairobi, are seeking to pre-quality Suppliers for various goods and services for the year 2022-2023. Requirements:
- i)Certificate of Incorporation
- ii)PIN and VAT Certificates
iii) Certificates and licensing from Relevant Authorities where applicable
- iv)Tax Compliance Certificate
- v)Current bank statement.
Pre-qualification documents to be submitted with payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 3,000 per category to the CHAK Offices Reception during office working hours. Payment can also be made to the CHAK Guest House Paybill Number 882350. A/C Name is name of your organization. The Pre-Qualification documents shall be delivered to CHAK Secretariat Office enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked ‘‘PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS 2022-2023 indicating the reference code no. and item description and should be addressed to;

All Prequalification documents should be received on or before midday Wednesday 13th October 2021. The prequalification documents will be opened on 15th October 2021 at 2:00pm at CHAK Guest House Hall 1 and representatives of the firms are welcome to witness the opening.
Note. This is an application for prequalification and not tender for supply of goods/services. Only shortlisted firms will be requested to provide competitive quotations for the purchase of goods/services as and when needed. CHAK reserves the right to accept or reject any
