CHUKA UNIVERSITY TENDER 2020 

REGISTRATION AND PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR TWO FINANCIAL YEARS 2020-2021

AND 2021-2022

Chuka University invites tenders from eligible and interested firms for Registration & Pre-qualification of suppliers for supply of goods, works and services for two financial years 2020 – 2021 and 2021 – 2022.

Interested eligible candidates may download tender documents free of charge from Chuka University website; https://www.chuka.ac.ke or Kenya Government tenders portal http//www.tenders.go.ke

Bidders MUST email their company details (Name, postal address, telephone Number and the tender number) they have downloaded to procurement@chuka.ac.ke

To be eligible, the candidate MUST prove that they qualify to participate in Public Procurement by providing copies of MANDATORY documents as stated in the Registration and Pre-Qualification document.

Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope indicating the “TENDER NUMBER” AND “NAME” without identifying the sender should be addressed to:

Or placed in the Tender Box at the Chuka University in the Vice-Chancellor’s office ON OR BEFORE Monday 30th November, 2020 at 12.00 Noon.

Opening of bids will take place immediately thereafter at Chuka University Recreation Centre Boardroom in the presence of bidders /their representatives who may choose to attend. Bidders will be required to comply with instructions and measures put in place by the University to ensure observance of social distance from each other. Bidders shall also be required to have their temperature screened, wear masks and sanitize while in the University Premises. Bids submitted later than this date and time shall be returned unopened.
