Duly completed pre-qualification document in plain sealed envelopes with appropriate tender reference numbers and item description marked on top “Pre-Qualification of Suppliers and addressed to Gems Management Ltd Procurement Committee” should be emailed to: gemsmanager1@gmail.com or delivered to Gems Office Tender Box on or before 12:00 noon 6th May, 2021.
