Complete set of tender document should be obtained by interested suppliers/contractors upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand Only (Kshs. 1,000.00] for each tender in cash payable to the Finance Officer Kapsabet Boys High school.
Dully filled tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender number and be deposited in the tender box situated at the Reception or be addressed to:

Prices quoted should be delivery and inclusive of all taxes where applicable prices must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for [120] days from the closing date of the tender. Tenders will be opened the same day at 10.30 a.m. at the school hall Bidders or their representatives who choose to witness the opening are invited to attend. The Board of Management does not bind itself to accept the lowest bidder.
