Kimisitu Sacco Society Limited is a tier one Deposit Taking Co-operative Society in Kenya playing a central and supportive role in the social and economic development to its members through provision of competitive and value added financial products and services. Kimisitu Sacco Society Limited is also licensed and regulated by the Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA).
The Sacco hereby invites prospective bidders to participate in the open tenders and registration of suppliers for various goods, services and works for the year 2021-2022.
The tender process will be online and MUST be submitted electronically, all interest and eligible bidders must complete the tender application online.
Interested and eligible firms who wish to participate in the tenders must visit www.srmhub.com under the tab written “E-procurement”. Application process will be available only electronically via SRM hub. Interested bidders will access the tender and registration document on www.srmhub.com under e-Procurement tab. Access to the tender will be granted upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kes.2,000 per category. All payments will be made via M-Pesa using Kimisitu pay bill number.911200. For the account, use name of your company. The registration and payment deadline is 30th November 2020 at 2.30p.m.
Existing service providers and suppliers are required to participate to be considered. Kimisitu Sacco society Ltd, reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or in part without giving reasons. All applicants who duly complete the online prequalification process will be -notified of the outcome of their applications after completion of the vetting process.
Where required, all the requisite documentation must be scanned and uploaded onto the online portal. Hardcopy documentation is NOT acceptable.
