The County Commissioner, Nyamira Invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of the following goods, works and services to various Government ministries /departments and public institutions within Nyamira county (all sub counties) for the financial year 2021-2022and 2022-2023

Interested bidders must provide documentary proof of the following:
- Copy of certificate of registration/incorporation
- Copy of VAT and PIN certificate
- Current tax compliance certificate
- Copy of current single business permit
- Detailed company/business profile
- Youth, women and people with disability attach copy of certificate for access to government procurement opportunities from national treasury .
- National Construction Authority Certificate (NCA) where applicable.
NOTE: Tenders for the supply of stationery, uniforms, repair and servicing of computers, scanners, laptops, UPS, photocopiers and other accessories are reserved for preferred groups.
Completed set of detailed tender document 1-9 and no.10 shall be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kenya shillings 1,000 per set of supply to national government treasury cash office at County Commissioners Complex during normal working hours (8.00a.m to 5.00p.m.)
For tender no NYCC/11/2021-2022 bidders are supposed to deposit refundable fee of kshs.2000 for every item of interest and cash 500 for every lot of other stores. The deposit will form part of the payment to successful bidders and the unsuccessful candidates will be refunded their deposit.
The bids in plain sealed envelopes bearing the tender No. on the top right hand corner but with no indication of the tenderers name
shall be deposited in the National Government Tender Box at the entrance to the County Commissioners Complex offices or posted to

so as to reach on or before 22nd JULY, 2021 at 11.00a.m local time.
Submitted bids will be opened on the same time and bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the County Commissioners Boardroom. Late bids will not be accepted.
Prices quoted must be inclusive of all duties and taxes.
