A complete set of tender documents will be obtained by interested and eligible bidders from the Club on Monday 30th November 2020 upon payment of a Non-refundable administrative fee of (cash) Kshs 2000/= per Tender Number obtained at the General Manager’s office, during working hours between 8.00am-5.00pm from Monday to Friday. A scanned copy of the serialized receipt for the tender documents should be attached as proof of payment.
Special groups are encouraged to participate.
Applications for prequalification must be submitted in enclosed, plain sealed envelopes marked with the Tender name, reference number and addressed to:

The sealed envelopes should be deposited in the tender box located at the General Manager’s office so as to be received not later than Friday 11th December 2020 at 5:00pm. Late bids will be rejected.
The tenders will be opened on Monday 14th December 2020 at 2:00pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to witness the opening.
