PRINTING OF MALARIA FACILITY REPORTING TOOLS
Amref Health Africa in Kenya invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the Printing of Malaria Facility Reporting Tools in lots as listed below;

Interested eligible bidders may download the tender documents from the Amref Health Africa website at: http://amref.org/tenders and pay a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000 Per Lot (each lot must be paid for separately].
NB: Bidders who had paid for the first tender need not pay again. The payment should be made through the following bank accounts: Kenya Commercial Bank, Kipande House Branch, Account No: 1111429243 OR National Bank of Kenya, Wilson Branch, Account No: 01020058235400 OR Pay bill: 890750 Account No: AMREF/8/7/2025/018
All Tenders must be accompanied by the tender security of the amount specified in the tender document per lot in the form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank and all other mandatory documents specified in the tender document.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelope(s] clearly marked with the tender name and tender reference and should be addressed and delivered/posted to the following address: –

Or be deposited at the Amref Health Africa-KCO Big Tender Box at the Main Reception so as to be received on or before Wednesday 8th October 2025 at 12.00 noon. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late tenders will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates, representatives or Bidders who choose to attend at Amref Health Africa Kenya Country Office.
