| REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) |
CIC Life Assurance Limited is a subsidiary of CIC Insurance Group and intends to procure a core Life Assurance System (LAS) as part of the on-going business transformation program. This customer centric system will support the growth in business through secure digital channels, business process automation and its ability to scale and adapt to changing customer needs.
CIC Life Assurance Limited seeks to leverage the new core LAS to transform Group and Individual units and improve customer service through the following:
- i)Efficient processes, with a high degree of automation.
- ii)Greater flexibility with regard to market channels for purposes of business acquisition/retention, service delivery and interaction with customers and external parties.
iii) Improved business intelligence, analytics, and reporting.
- iv)Secure & Scalable to different regions.
In this regard, CIC Life Assurance Limited invites eligible firms with prior experience in supplying, implementing, testing and commissioning core Life Assurance Systems to submit response to the Request for Proposal (RFP). Interested firms shall be required to provide the following information;
- a)Company Profile & Certificate of Incorporation
- b)Experience & References
- c)Detailed system features and functionality
- d)System architecture

Interested companies are invited to submit their RFP (Request For Proposal) electronically via Tenders@cic.co.ke in two separate emails one containing technical proposal and another one financial proposal(password protected) not later than Thursday 21st July 2022.
