1. Hospital Hill High School invitessealed tendersforthe construction of Twin Basket Ball Courts
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document.
   Tendering is open to all qualified andinterested NCA6 and above Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
   office hours from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm at the address given below:

4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of Ksh.1,000/= in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender
   documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s). (PPIP tenders.go.ke) and the School’s
   websites: https://www.hospitalhill.sc.ke/. Tender documents obtained electronicallywill be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (PPIP tenders.go.ke).

8. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 19th June 2025 at 10.00am .
