PROCUREMENT OF UPGRADE OF TRANSLOGIC SYSTEM RESTORATION AND REPAIR SERVICES FOR WAGON MOVEMENT

- The Kenya Railways invites sealed Tenders for Procurement of TRANSLOGIC
SYSTEM RESTORATION AND REPAIR SERVICES FOR WAGON MOVEMENT - Tendering will be conducted under restricted tendering method using a
standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. - Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours from 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs at the address given below. - Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.krc.co.ke, www.ppip.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document
must forward their particulars immediately to procure@krc.co.ke to facilitate any
further clarification or addendum. - A Mandatory Virtual Pre-Tender Conference will be held on Not
applicable with interested tenderers. Invitations to the pre- tender virtual
/video conference meeting shall be sent to the interested tenderers who
submitted their particulars to the email address(es) stated above. - The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the Tender documents submitted.
- All Tenders must be accompanied by a Guarantee of Kenya Shillings Seven Hundred and Sixty
Thousand Kshs.760,000.00 from an insurance company registered and licensed by the Insurance
Regulatory Authority and listed by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority or a Bank Guarantee
from a Registered Commercial Bank in Kenya valid for 240 days from the date of tender opening.
Verification shall be carried out to ascertain authenticity of the document - Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 9th July
2025 Electronic Tenders shall not be permitted. -
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at
the address below. - Late tenders will be rejected.
