Bids are invited from eligible and qualified firms for the under mentioned works.

- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize pages of all tender documents submitted (in the format 1,2,3…….).
- There will be a Mandatory Pre-tender site visit on Tuesday, 8th February, 2022. Tenderers shall assemble at Karindundu Dumpsite at 10:00 am and Gikeu Dumpsite at 2:00pm.
Complete tender documents to be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke so as to be received on or before Friday, 18th February, 2022 at 10:00am as indicated in the IFMIS PORTAL.
Bidders Must also submit hard copies of their completed tender documents in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked the tender number and tender name and bearing no indication of the tenderer and should be addressed to:

P.O. BOX 1112 -10100 NYERI
and placed in the Tender Box located at the Nyeri County Government Headquarters (Town Hall), Nyeri town ground floor or sent by post to reach the above address not later than Friday, 18th February, 2022 at 10:00am.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the above closing time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will not be accepted.
