THE KITALE NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC TENDER 2021 

The Kitale National Polytechnic hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to apply for the following tender:

Details of the Requirements, Specifications and Price Schedules are indicated in the tender documents. The complete set of tender documents are available in the Polytechnic’s website i.e. www.kitalenationalpolytechnic.ac.ke free of charge or Hard Copies may be obtained from the Polytechnic upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,000/= only payable at Absa Bank, Kitale Branch, A/C Name: Kitale National Polytechnic, A/C Number: 003-8219650 and present the slip to Accounts Office for official receipt.

Tenderers who shall have downloaded tenders from the website are advised to forward their particulars immediately for recording and further clarification and addenda to Principal’s Office through the official mail kitalenationalpolytechnic@gmail.com for the purposes of updating tender register accordingly.

Duly completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope with TENDER NO and TITLE OF THE TENDER clearly indicated on the envelope shall be addressed to:

And be deposited in the Tender Box located at the ADMINISTRATION BLOCK within the Polytechnic so as to reach on or before Friday, 21^st May, 2021 at 12.00 noon.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the Polytechnic Board Room.
