PROPOSED COMPLETION OF GOVERNORS RESIDENCE
TENDER NO: CGWP/T/020/2022 – 2023
1. The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF WEST POKOT invites sealed tenders for the Proposed Completion of
Governors Residence, within a period of 7 months.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (Open National Tender) using a standardized
tender document.Tenderingis open to all qualified and interested tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours[9.00am-4.00pm] at the address given below.
4. The tender documents with detailed specifications shall be downloaded free of charge from County
Government Website www.westpokot.go.ke and Public Procurement Information portal
www.tenders.go.ke.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from IFMIS tender portal:
www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using the unique IFMIS negotiation number 1185807 Tenderers who
download the tender document MUST forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@westpokot.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendersshall remain valid for 182days
fromthe date of opening oftenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Ksh.s 800,000 (Eight hundred thousand shillings only

Tenders, through the IFMIS SYSTEM IS A MUST and it should be EXACT REPLICA OF THE HARD
COPY SUBMITTED.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend atthe address below.
