1. The County Government of Lamu invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED COMPLETION OF
THEATRE AT KIUNGA HEALTH CENTRE
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method national using a standardized tender document.
Tendering to open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with Reserved for YOUTH,
Must ATTACH Valid AGPO CERTIFICATE)
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a
non-refundable fees of Ksh. 1,000.00/= in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
Tender documentsmay be obtained electronically from the Websites www.lamu.go.ke and Public Procurement
and Information Portal (PPIP) www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of
charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free from the website www.lamu.go.ke and Public
Procurement and Information Portal (PPIP) www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@lamu.go.ke to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 120
days from the date of opening of tenders. The amount quoted shall also include 0.03% Public Procurement
Capacity Building Levy Order 2023 (exclusive of all other taxes).
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a duly filled, signed and stamped Tender Securing Declaration
Form And Form of Tender.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted
- Completed tenders must be submitted on the IFMIS SYSTEM on or before 29TH January 2026 at 11:00am.
MANUAL SUBMISSION of Tenders WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. - Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
times pecified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below. - Late tenders will be rejected. The IFMIS System will automatically lock out at the time and date of tender closing.

B. Address for Submission of Tenders.
The ORIGINAL Tender Securing Declaration Form and ORIGINAL Form Of Tender to be submitted
MANUALY and dropped at the Tender Box Located in County Government of Lamu Headquarters in Mokowe,
Ground Floor on or before the closing date and Bidders MUST attach Scanned copies of the Bid security together with
the other documents in IFMIS as stated in each bid document.

specified later. There will be NO physical opening of the Tenders.
