KABARE GIRLS’ HIGH SCHOOL TENDER 2020

REF: 32/KGHS/2020: PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF 1 NO.MULTI-STOREYED DORMITORY.
Tenders are invited by the School Infrastructure Committee of Kabare Girls High School for the construction of multistoried dormitory block.
Eligible tenderers should attach valid documentation and meet the following minimum require
- Provide Certificate of incorporation
- Provide valid Tax Compliant Certificate
- Valid CR12 from the Registrar of Companies
- Provide PIN/VAT Registration Certificate
- Provide Valid NCA certificate under categories NCA 4 and above
- Duly filled Form of fender
- Bid security for the works shall be 2% of the total cost of the construction. The Bid Bond must be in the form of Bank guarantee from a reputable bank or an approved insurance company valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening
- Other conditions in the tender document.
Tender documents may be inspected and obtained from Kabare Girls School’s Accounts office upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh 1000.00 (one thousand shillings only) per one complete set either in cash or bankers cheque.
Tender documents i n plain and sealed envelopes marked with tender number and tender description shall be deposited inside the tender box placed at the school administration office addressed to
Secretary, Board of Management, Kabare Girls High School,
PO Box 69-10300, KERUGOYA.
So as to be received on or before 14th December 2020 at 10.00am. Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of contractors or their representatives in the school’s Boardroom.
Tenderers can make a site inspection visit from 1st to 4th December 2020 from 8.00am – 4.00pm
The client reserves the right to reject any tender in part or in whole and is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender submitted.
