God Oloo Mixed Secondary School in Gwasi South Ward, Suba South Constituency, through Ministry of Education’s Infrastructure FundfMIF] invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF A TWIN STOREYED SCIENCE LABORATORY AND LIBRARY BLOCK AT GOD OLOO MIXED DAY AND BOARDING SECONDARY SCHOOL IN SUBA SOUTH SUB COUNTY ,HOMA BAY COUNTY. TENDER NO. G0MSS/MIF&0/012024/2025/2026.

Interested eligible bidders may down load complete set of tender document to inspect and obtain further information from www.tenders.go.ke  or https://docs.google.com/document/d/1I0yCGp0W1L4juQ-KJ_RVXQBLvukXwJo/edit thereafter appropriately fill Tender documents in two sets of which one is marked, ORIGINAL” and the remaining one marked “COPY”

Bidders must fulfill all condition as specified at Table 1: Preliminary evaluation stage (Mandatory requirements], and Table 2: Technical evaluation Stage from the tender document so as to qualify for contract award:

Prices quoted should be het inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of tender and duly filled tender form.

Prospective bidders are advised to meet the School’s Principal/PMC Secretary, and BOM team for a pre-bid meeting scheduled for 23^rd  May, 2024 at 9:00 a.m in school.

Bidders’ participation in this entire tendering process is for free. No fees are charged.

Completed tender documents clearly marked with tender description number as “Tender reference No: G0MSS/MIF&0/012024/2025/2026should be returned during working hours enclosed in a plain sealed envelope/ carton so as to be received on or before 6^th June, 2024 at 9:00 a.m

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend
