TENDER INVITATION 
Dagoretti North NG-CDFC invites Interested and Eligible Contractors to participate in the below tender

Bidders MUST meet the following requirements (supported by copies of requisite documents) alongside
other requirements contained in the tender documents.
1. Copy of Certificate of incorporation/Registration.
2. Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
3. Copy of valid National Construction Authority Certificate as Required and
4. Valid Copy of Trading /Business Permit
Interested bidders may inspect and obtain a complete set of tender documents from Dagoretti North NGCDF Office situated at Lavington, Mijikenda Road Suits No. 22 Off Olenguruone Road upon payment of
a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand (1000) only to be deposited to Dagoretti North
NG-CDF Bank Account No. 1470261632406 Equity Bank Kilimani Supreme Branch.
Completed Tender Documents in plain sealed envelopes, marked tender number and bearing indication
of the tenderer should be addressed to;-

and placed in the Tender Box at Dagoretti North NG-CDF office located at Mijikenda Road Suits
No. 22 Lavington Off Olenguruone Road on or before 13th May, 2025 at 11.00am.
The submitted bids will be opened on 13th
May, 2025 at 11.00am immediately after tender closure
at Dagoretti North NG-CDF Office Boardroom in the presence of the tenderers or their
representatives who choose to attend.
