Tendering will be conducted under OPEN TENDERING METHOD. All bidders are eligible to apply.
Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [ i.e. 0900
to 1500 hours] at the address given below.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by the bidders free of charge.
Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (120)
days from the date of opening of tenders.
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before …28TH JANUARY 2026 AT 10:00

Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
Late tenders will be rejected.
