A pre-site visit is mandatory. Completed tender documents must be submitted together with a copy of the payment slip of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 3,000 deposited to Feed the Children, Barclays Bank of Kenya Ltd Account NO. 0948005484, Harambee Avenue-Premier Life Center, Swift code: BARCKENX.
The duly completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender name and tender reference should be addressed to:

and be deposited in the Tender Box at Feed the Children Main Reception located in Gate No. 56, Gigiri Court, Off UN Crescent to be received on or before Thursday, 14th July 2022 at 12 noon.
The prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and should remain valid for 150 days from the closing date of the tender. Eligible bidders who need clarification of tendering documents should write to procurement.kenya@feedthechildren.org.
Feed the Children reserves the right to accept or reject any TENDER documents without giving any reasons thereof.
