INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF 7 DOOR TOILET FOR GIRLS WITH 1 FOR PWD, CONSTRUCTION OF 7 DOOR TOILET FOR BOYS
WITH 1 FOR PWD AND CONSTRUCTION OF 4 DOOR STAFF TOILET TO COMPLETION AT UTHERI WA LARI PRIMARY SCHOOL.

1. The NG-CDF Naivasha invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF 7 DOOR TOILET
FOR GIRLS WITH 1 FOR PWD, CONSTRUCTION OF 7 DOOR TOILET FOR BOYS WITH 1 FOR PWD
AND CONSTRUCTION OF 4 DOOR STAFF TOILET TO COMPLETION AT UTHERI WA LARI
PRIMARY SCHOOL
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (open county) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 9.00 am to 3.00pm at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenders. Tender electronically from the
Website(s) https:www.mygov.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website PPIP Tenders. Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to cdfnyali@ngcdf.go.ke,
0721965454 and P.O. Box 1918 – 20117 Naivasha to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 210
days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender Security” or “Tender-Securing Declaration,” as appropriate
from financial institution recognized by central bank of Kenya or insurance companies approved by PPRA.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted in the format of ‘1,2,3’
from cover page to last page including attachments.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to NG-CDF Naivasha Office, P.O Box 1918 – 20117 Naivasha at the
tender box at the office on or before 27th February 2026 at 10.00am. Electronic Tenders will or will not be
permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
