BID SECURITY: 2% of Tender sum
TARGET GROUP: Open/National

The mandatory requirements are as per the tender document.
Pre-tender site visit
There shall be mandatory site visit on 23rd September, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. Those who had participated previously need not to attend but must attach copies of the pre-tender site visit certificate.
The criteria of evaluation of bids
The criteria shall be as described in the tender document.
Completed tender document enclosed in separate plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the respective tender name and number should be addressed to:

And be deposited in the, tender box situated at Machakos Girls’ High School administration block on or before 29th September, 2021 at 10.00 A.M. Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted.
