The County Government of Kitui through the Department of Public service Management and General Administration invites interested eligible bidders to submit their bids for the following tender listed here below:

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Interested bidders should note that only those who meet the criteria as indicated here below as minimum, supported by the relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation:-
- Must submit a Copy of certificate of Registration/Incorporation
- Must submit a copy of CR12 for Limited Companies & Partnership deed for Partnerships obtained not more than 12 months from the date of this advert and copies of Directors ID cards.
- Must submit a valid Business Permit/License
- Must submit a Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Valid NCA Certificate Category 8 and above and Current NCA practicing license (Road works).
- Must submit Tender Form dully Completed, Signed and Stamped by The Tenderer in the format provided.
- Must submit a dully filled, signed and stamped Confidential Business Questionnaire in format provided
- Bidders must not share a link in the IFMIS system during uploading of the documents
- All pages of the tender documents including the attachments must be dully paginated sequentially in a continuous ascending order from the first page to the last page.
