INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF A HUDUMA JITUME DIGITAL CENTRE AT MOLO, NAKURU COUNTY
TheHuduma Kenya Secretariate invites sealedtendersfortheProposed Construction of Huduma Jitume Digital Centre Molo,
Nakuru County.
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document.Tendering is open to
all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with NCA.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of Kenya Shillings 1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) [www.hudumakenya.go.ke]. Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (). Tenderers who download the
tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (tenders@hudumakenya.go.ke) to facilitate any
further clarification or addendum.
4. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 126 days
from the date of opening of tenders.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kenya Shillings 1,800,000.00
6. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documentssubmitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before [26th march 2024]. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
