INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF A YOUTH RESOURCE CENTRE AT GARASHI IN GARASHI WARD – KILIFI COUNTY.

The County Government of Kilifi invites sealed tenders for the Proposed Construction of a Youth
Resource Centre at Garashi in Garashi Ward – Kilifi County.
Tendering will be conducted under Open Tender National using a standardized tender document.
1. Tendering is open to all citizen contractors
2. The Tenderer will submit any request for clarifications in writing addressed to
supplychain@kilifi.go.ke to reach the Procuring Entity to later than 5 working days before
the Tender Opening Date.
3. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Websites
http://www.tenders.go.ke and www.kilifi.go.ke. Tender documents obtainedelectronically
willbe free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
http://www.tenders.go.ke and www.kilifi.go.ke . Tenderers who download t he t ender
document m ust f orward t heir p articulars i mmediately t o supplychain@kilifi.go.ke to
facilitate any f urther c larification o r a ddendum.
5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain
valid for 150 days fromthedate of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kenyan Shillings One Hundred and fifty
thousand (Kshs. 150,000.00) only from a Commercial Bank or Insurance Company.
7. TheTenderer shall chronologicallyserializeallpages of the tenderdocuments submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be uploaded electronically to the IFMISon or before 5th June, 2025
at 10 am. ManualTenders willnot bepermitted.
