PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF ADMIN/TUITION BLOCK, HOSTEL BLOCK, DINING/KITCHEN BLOCK ETC

NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CONSTITUENCIES DEVELOPMENT FUND RONGO CONSTITUENCY TENDER OCTOBER 2025 

INVITATION TO TENDER

Sealed tenders are invited from interested eligible contractors for the project listed here below.

1. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Competitive method using a standardized tender document.
   Tendering is open to NCA Class 7 and above(building works).
2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested and eligible bidders from the NG CDF
   Rongo Office during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh1,000/- to the NG CDF
   Rongo KCB A/C 1121172210. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
   www.ngcdf.go.ke and/or PPIP.
   Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to;

3. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 119days from the date of
   opening the tenders.
4. Tenderers to provide their NCA Annual Practicing License, Trading License, Business Registration Certificate, Proof of
   Financial Viability, CR 12, Proof of similar works done, Audited Accounts, Tax Compliance Certificate among others.
5. Bid bond of 2% of the tender sum in form of a bank guarantee or insurance from an insurer approved by PPRA
6. The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender document submitted. Tender Documents must be tape
   bound and not spiral bound.
7. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Name and Reference
   Number and deposited in the Tender Box at the NG-CDF Rongo office, so as to be received on or before 13TH October,
   2025 at 10.00am.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at 10.30am on 13th October 2025 in the presence of the candidates or their
   representatives who choose to attend.
   NOTE: late tenders will not be accepted.
