1. The NG CDF RONGO invites sealed tenders for the construction of the
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF ADMIN/TUITION BLOCK, HOSTEL BLOCK, DINING/KITCHEN BLOCK ETC AT RONGO
UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF HEALTH SCIENCES in southkamagambo ward
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interestedTenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours[ 0900 to 1500 hours] atthe address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of Ksh1,000.000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender
documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.ngcdf.go.ke and/or PPIP. Tender documents
obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the www.ngcdf.go.ke and/or PPIP websites.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
cdfrongo@ngcdf.go.ke ,Tel:0723362923, or NGCDF RONGO POBOX 542-40404 RONGO to facilitate any
further clarification or addendum.
6. Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendersshall remain valid for (119) days
fromthe date of opening oftenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by Bid bond of 2% of the tender sum in form of a bank guarantee or insurance from an insurer approved by PPRA
8. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted.
9. Completed tendersmust be delivered to the address below on or before 13th October 2025 at 10:00 am.Electronic
Tenders willnot be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend atthe address below.
11. Late tenderswill be rejected.
