INVITATION TO TENDER
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF BOUNDARY WALL (PHASE 1) AT MACHAKOS GIRLS’ HIGH SCHOOL
TENDER NO: MGHS/01/04/2025
1. The Machakos Girls’ High School invites sealed tenders for the construction of Proposed Boundary Wall
2. Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by downloading the tender document from the school
Website www.machakosgirls.sc.ke or the public procurement information portal (PPIP).
5. Tender documents may be viewed from the website www.machakosgirls.sc.ke. Tenderers who download
the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to machakosgirls09@gmail.com +254
020-8071919 and 13-90100 Mks to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for
210 days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of KES. 200,000.00.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 10.00hrs.
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
12. All bidders m8ust provide 0.03% of contract sum before adding VAT to get grand total of the tender sum, being
public procurement capacity building levy.
