Seme NG-CDFC invites Tenders from eligible Construction Companies for (General Contractors)
for proposed works on the following project being funded by NGCDFC.

SITE VISIT
Interested Contractors are advised to visit the sites to
familiarize themselves with the proposed works.
ELIGIBILITY
Interested bidders are required to meet the following
mandatory conditions: –
a) Attach a Certified Copy of the National
Construction Authority Certificate (Building Works)
NCA 8 and above
b) Attach copy of AGPO Certificates for Reserved
Tenders.
c) Attach Certified Copy of Business
Registration/Incorporation;
d) Attach a Certified copy of a Valid Business Permit;
e) Attach Certified Copy of Current and Valid Tax
Compliance Certificate;
INTERESTED BIDDERS
Interested bidders may download FREE of
charge from the website www.ngcdf.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke
Duly completed documents in plain sealed
envelopes, clearly marked with the category
number (Tender no.) item and should be
deposited at the NG-CDF OFFICE Tender Box
located at Kombewa Offices or sent to:

Not later than June
17, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
