Nyeri Town National Government Constituency Development Fund Committee invites eligible bidders for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF CLASSROOMS works to be carried out at MURINGATO PRIMARY SCHOOL Tender documents with detailed specifications and tendering conditions may be obtained from National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG- CDF) – Nyeri Town offices upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,000 on normal working days at the National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF)-Nyeri Town office.
The minimum requirements for consideration for further evaluation:
- Must have a company registration certificate.
- Must have a KRA PIN certificate and valid tax compliance certificate.
- Must have a valid National Construction Authority (NCA) Certificate class seven (7)
- Must have proof of work of similar magnitude undertaken by the bidder.
- Must have a detailed company profile showing adequate equipment and qualified personnel.
- Must have audited accounts for the last one (1) year and proof of access to credit from a reputable bank
- Must have a bid bond of 2% of the tender sum from a reputable bank or approved Insurance Company
- Valid copy of CR12 issued within the last six months.

Late applications will be returned unopened.
