1. Cordaid Kenya, P.O Box 40278-00100 Nairobi, Kenya invites you to submit a QUOTATION for The
Proposed Construction of Cricket Rearing Demo Sites and Aggregation Centres as indicated in
detail in“Table A. Schedule of Requirements and Specifications and attached BQs and drawings”.
2. All QUOTATIONS are expected to follow the instructions and guidelines and provide the
documentation required under this REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.
3. QUOTATIONS submitted shall be in English Language.
4. QUOTATIONS shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions in Part 1: Instruction to
Bidders and ONLY via Mail Electronically clearly indicating name and address of the Bidder, the
Project Title, Number, Scope of Work and RFQ number as provided above
5. The email Subject/Reference must read: “RFQ No. 200952/2024/02: Proposed Construction of
Four (4) No. Cricket Rearing houses in Laikipia, Isiolo, Samburu and Marsabit Counties, Kenya.”
6. QUOTATIONS must be sent and received by Cordaid not later than 13th March, 2024 at 4.00PM
only via electronic mail. HARD COPY QUOTATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Late QUOTATIONS
shall berejected.
7. QUOTATIONS shall be addressed as follows and shall ONLY be submitted via Email:

8. Bidders may obtain further information via Email only during office hours [0900 to 1600

9. Any resulting contract shall besubject to the provisions under Part3: Contract of this RFQ
10.Please inform by email or express mail the undersigned within (Specify the number of days) upon
receipt of this RFQ if you will not be submitting a QUOTATION.
