COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF BOMET TENDER FEBRUARY 2026 

DEPARTMENT OF MEDICAL SERVICES AND PUBLIC HEALTH 
INVITATION TO TENDER  
The County Government of Bomet through the department of Medical Services &
Public health invite sealed bids from interested eligible bidders to bid for the following
listed tender. The Tender document can be downloaded from the County
Government of Bomet website, www.bomet.go.ke. or Public Procurement Information
Portal (PPIP)suppliers’ portal vide the negotiation number attached for the tender.

Copies of mandatory requirements which must be submitted with the tender
document.
1. Tender security/ Bid bond of Kshs 2% of contract sum inform of Bank
guarantee as per the form and format and should be valid for 120 days.
2. Certified Registration/Incorporation certificate.
3. Certified CR 12 to show directorship of the company.
4. Certified Valid Tax compliance certificate.
5. Certified certificate of Registration with National Construction Authority for
building works -NCA 5 and above.
6. Certified certificate of Registration with NCA for domestic sub-contractor
for electrical and Mechanical Engineering Services-NCA 7 and above.
7. Certified valid practicing NCA license for building works.
8. Duly filled and Certified form of specific construction experience (2 No.
completed projects of similar nature of at least Kshs.30 Million in the last
five years).
9. Valid Single Business Permit/Trade license from any Government entity.
10. Duly filled and signed form of Tender.
11. Duly filled and signed appendix to form of Tender
12. Properly filled, signed and stamped mandatory Confidential Business
Questionnaire.
13. Properly filled, signed and stamped mandatory Bill of Quantities.

1. Duly filled confidential business questionnaire (attach CR 12 to confirm Directors)
2. Duly filled declaration form.
3. Presentation of a well bound and properly paginated tender document
   (including the attachments).
4. Compliance with submission both online through the IFMIS system and
   manually where 2No. hard copies marked “original and Copy” must be submitted.
5. Any other conditions that are provided in the bid document.
   The following should be noted:
6. Mandatory pre-tender site visit shall be on Friday 13th February 2026 for
   bidders to assess the condition of the project before bidding. Pre-tender
   site visit certificate shall be issued to bidders who attend and shall form
   part of the mandatory requirements. Interested bidders are asked to
   assemble at the department of Health Offices at 9:00am for more
   directions.
   All responses should be done both manually and online attaching requisite
   documents using IFMIS negotiation no provided and a copy of a duly completed
   tender document in plain sealed envelope marked “TENDER” NO……… for………”
   should be addressed to:

   Or deposited in the tender box situated at the Procurement headquarters on or
   before FRIDAY 20TH FEBRUARY 2026 at 11:00 AM and thereafter the documents will be
   opened in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend.
